OUR LAWYERS

Principal Solicitor

Robert P Hsu

Mr. Hsu was born in Taiwan and studied medicine at the National Defense Medical Center before discontinuing his studies. In 1989, he moved to Australia to pursue further education, obtaining a bachelor's degree in laboratory medicine. He then engaged in biochemical and neurophysiological research, earning an honors master's degree in clinical biochemistry and a Master of Philosophy degree in neurophysiology.

During his doctoral studies in neurophysiology, Mr. Hsu worked part-time as an academic director at a well-known educational institution, coaching and assisting high school students with university admissions. During this time, he developed a strong interest in behavioral sciences, particularly psychology and law.

In 2006, Mr. Hsu obtained his migration agent qualification with outstanding results, which provided him the opportunity to study law. He earned a Juris Doctor degree in 2011 and was admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2012. In the same year, he was also admitted as a lawyer of the High Court of Australia.

Mr. Hsu operates his law firm independently, offering general legal and migration services in Australia.
